What is the most wonderful thing about skydiving?
I have always had a passion of going skydiving but I always fear that something bad might happen to me which will leave my family suffered for the rest of their lives. Can anyone who skydives tell me a good reason about what keeps you doing this sport or even started you to do this at the first place?

- i actually had the opportunity, but i was a chicken. i hear its a life changing event.
- Skydiving is not for everyone. When you step out of the plane you must be willing to except that "things happen". You can do everything 100% correct and still have a bad outcome. My husband and family are aware that I could die or be seriously injured. I have life insurance, health insurance and long term disability insurance. If you do not have these insurance policies in place, you should not jeopardize your families future. I love to skydive. It allows me to focus. (My husband hates to skydive. As I said it is not for every one.) The people you meet on the DZ are a great deal of fun and love what they do. When I am in the air I feel free and in control. I am responsible for me and my safety. When I deploy my canapy I know that if it doesn't open I have a second chance with my reserve. Most sports do not give you a second chance. If you are not responsible enough to have taken care of your families needs should something happen to you (no mater what you are doing in your life) then do not skydive. If you are ready to step out into the void and be responsible for yourself and your friends, I will see you at the DZ.
